Organization settings
Upload your organization logo, update its name, and understand available preferences.
Open Settings in the bottom dock. Use an Owner or Admin role to update organization details.
Upload an organization logo
Section titled “Upload an organization logo”A logo is required before you purchase a server license.
- Prepare the image
Use a square PNG, JPEG, or WebP image no larger than 2 MB. Its width and height must match; a rectangular image with a square-looking logo inside it is still rectangular.
- Choose the file
Under Organization Logo, click Upload Logo. If a logo already exists, click Replace Logo instead. Select your image.
- Confirm it saved
Wait for the upload to finish and check the logo preview and Settings saved successfully message. The logo upload saves separately from the organization name.
If you see a square-image, file-format, or size error, correct the image and try again. For permission or upload errors, contact your organization owner or Koneth support.
Change the organization name
Section titled “Change the organization name”- Under Organization, edit Organization Name.
- Click Save Changes.
- Reopen the page to confirm the saved name.
New server purchase forms use the organization name as the public server-name prefix, with spaces removed. Review that preview before buying a license. Do not assume changing the organization name renames existing servers.
Slug is read-only on this page. It is not the server ID, account number, or a field you need to edit to create a trading account.
Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”| Control | Current behavior |

| Timezone | You can select a value, but the current page does not save it. Do not rely on it to change report times or market schedules. |
| Notification Email | Displays your signed-in email and is read-only. It does not enable notification delivery or change your sign-in email. |
| Top-bar sun or moon button | Changes light/dark theme and saves that preference in your browser. |
Server trading sessions are entered in UTC under server Markets. For currency and leverage, use the server’s Configure dialog. For a credit warning, use Credits.
Password and session access
Section titled “Password and session access”Your Console password is separate from trading and investor passwords. Change trading credentials from the trading account page.
Use Forgot password? from the sign-in page. If the recovery email does not arrive, contact Koneth support.
Use Sign out in the top bar when you finish on a shared device.
