Servers and licenses

Purchase a server license, understand capacity, and monitor a connected server.

Open Servers from the bottom dock. This lists the self-hosted VPS servers connected to your organization and provides the Buy License action.

A license and a server are different: the license provides entitlement and account capacity; the server runs your trading accounts on a VPS you operate. Payment approval activates an unused license. You must then connect a deployed VPS to that license.

Before buying a license

Create your organization and upload a square logo.
Use an Owner or Finance role for the purchase.
Decide whether the server should be Demo or Live.
Review the product’s account capacity and displayed price.
Choose whether the server should be provisioned as Demo or Live.

Buy a license

Open the purchase form
Click Buy License. The form is titled Add Server. Add Server on the organization overview opens the same form.
Name the server
Enter the suffix in Server Name, without spaces and with no more than 40 characters. Console displays your organization prefix before it.
For example, an organization named Apex Trading and a suffix of Demo01 produce the public Terminal name ApexTrading-Demo01. Check the preview shown in the form.
Select the product and environment
Choose Product to set the license’s account capacity and price. Choose Demo or Live under Environment. The form defaults to Demo.
Pay and wait for approval
Click Next: Payment, follow the payment instructions, and submit the transaction hash for review. Do not treat a submitted payment as an active license.
Connect the VPS
After payment approval, deploy Koneth Server on your VPS and validate it at /setup. Open its temporary connection link while signed in to Console, select this unused license, and complete Connect VPS Server. The server appears in Servers after attachment succeeds.

The product selector shows current first-year pricing. Prices and available capacities are configurable. Confirm renewal terms with Koneth; this screen does not provide a self-service license renewal or upgrade action.

Monitor your servers

The list shows Name, Environment, Version, Accounts, Health, Status, Last Heartbeat, and Registered.

Field	How to use it
Accounts	Compare accounts used with licensed capacity, such as `12 / 100`. Check this before creating more accounts.
Status	Identify whether the server is online, offline, suspended, or provisioning.
Health	A general availability indicator. Read it alongside status and heartbeat; it is not a CPU, latency, or uptime measurement.
Last Heartbeat	Check how recently the server reported activity. An old heartbeat deserves investigation even if another indicator looks healthy.
Version	Identify the reported server release when troubleshooting.

Click a server name or row to open its overview. Server Details includes its server ID and license ID. Use Copy server ID when you need the server ID for support or an integration.

Work inside a server

Use Configure for currency and leverage, Accounts for trading accounts, Finance for balance operations, and Markets for market attachments.

Recent Commands helps you check account and finance operations:

State	Meaning
Queued	The request was accepted and is waiting for processing.
Running	The server is processing it.
Succeeded	Processing completed successfully. Check the account or transaction result.
Failed	Processing failed or the command expired. Check the result before submitting another operation.

Reopen or refresh the page to check for an updated state. Do not assume the timeline updates continuously.

Server unavailable

If the page shows Server provisioning, the connection flow has not finished; check the VPS setup and pairing result. For offline servers or old heartbeats, ask the server administrator to inspect the self-hosted VPS and Koneth Server process. For suspended servers, ask your organization owner or Koneth contact to review the license and organization status.
