Organization pages and server pages
Section titled “Organization pages and server pages”Your organization contains servers. Each server has its own trading accounts and market attachments.
- Click Servers.
- Click a server name or row to open it.
- On its overview, choose Accounts, Finance, or Markets.
- Use the breadcrumb links above the page title to return to a parent page. If you need another server section, reopen the server from Servers.
Accounts in the dock first shows server cards. Choose the correct server before searching for an account number. An account number is meaningful together with its server.
Read the overview
Section titled “Read the overview”The summary cards show Servers, Accounts, Credit Balance, and Subscriptions. Open the relevant section to check individual statuses; a subscription count does not mean every subscription is active.
The server list shows a status and health indicator. Open a server to inspect Last Heartbeat, capacity, and server details.
Recent Commands is not a combined history for every server. Open a specific server to check its activity.
Search and browse records
Section titled “Search and browse records”- In a server’s Accounts page, search by account name or account number and filter by Active, Disabled, or Archived.
- Use page controls to browse longer account lists, transactions, trading records, and command history where available.
- Open the account number to reach its credentials, balance actions, and records.
Clearing a search and status filter is a useful first check when an account appears to be missing.
Theme and sign out
Section titled “Theme and sign out”Use the sun or moon button in the top bar to switch between light and dark themes. The browser remembers your selection.
Use Sign out in the top bar when you finish, especially on a shared device. This signs you out of Console; it does not delete the organization or its trading accounts.
If a section fails to load or an action is denied, check Members and roles. A visible dock item does not guarantee your role has access to its data.
