Members and roles
Understand organization permissions, manage existing members, and check invitation limitations.
Members are people who access your organization in Console. They are different from trading accounts used to sign in to Terminal.
Open Members in the bottom dock to review the member list. Use an Owner or Admin role to manage members.
Understand roles
Section titled “Understand roles”Console groups access as follows:
| Role | Authorized areas |
|---|---|
| Owner | Organization information, members and settings, billing, server management, and API keys. |
| Admin | Organization information, members and settings, server management, and API keys. Billing actions require an owner or finance member. |
| Finance | Organization information and billing, including credit management, purchases, balance adjustments, and the current webhook service. |
| Developer | Organization information, server and trading account management, and API keys. Billing and the current webhook service require an owner or finance member. |
| Viewer | Organization information. Do not assume every Console page has a read-only view for this role. |
Choose the least access needed for the person’s responsibilities. Developer access includes powerful server and account operations; it is not a read-only role.
Review existing members
Section titled “Review existing members”The table includes Name, Email, Role, Status, and Joined. Confirm the person’s identity with the organization owner before changing access.
Enable or disable a member
Section titled “Enable or disable a member”- Find the intended member in Members.
- Click Disable or Enable beside their row.
- Check the confirmation identifies the correct person, then confirm.
- Verify the new Status in the list.
The owner row does not expose these actions. Disabling a member changes Console membership access; it does not delete their trading accounts, revoke all organization API keys, or serve as a Terminal account suspension.
Invitations
Section titled “Invitations”The page includes Invite Member, with Email, Role, and Send Invite. The role choices are Admin, Finance, Developer, and Viewer.
Do not ask a teammate to create a separate organization as a workaround for joining yours. Confirm that their membership exists in the intended organization before granting operational responsibility.
The current member list also does not provide role editing, ownership transfer, or member deletion. Contact Koneth if you need one of these changes.
