Payments and purchase history

Credit packages, server licenses, and paid market subscriptions use the Pay with crypto dialog. Submitting a transaction hash sends the payment for manual review; it does not immediately activate the purchase.

Before you pay

Start from the item you intend to buy:

• Credits → Buy for a credit package.
• Servers → Buy License → Next: Payment for a server license.
• Markets → Subscribe → Continue to payment for a paid market package.

Review the item and amount before sending anything. You need access to an appropriate wallet and an Owner or Finance role for billing actions.

Complete the payment dialog

1. Review the invoice

   Check Invoice amount and the currency. Make sure this is the purchase you intended.

2. Choose the network and asset

   Select Network and Asset. The current dialog lists Solana, Tron, and Ethereum, with USDC and USDT as asset choices. Confirm that your selected asset and network combination is supported before transferring.

3. Verify the receiving address

   Check Receiving address and use its copy button. If the field says Wallet not configured, do not send funds. Ask your Koneth contact which payment option is available.

4. Send the displayed amount

   In your wallet, verify the destination, asset, network, and Amount to send against the dialog. Keep the transaction record.

5. Submit the transaction hash

   Paste the on-chain hash into Transaction hash and click Submit for review. Wait for the dialog to close or check any error it displays.

6. Confirm the purchase outcome

   Check Credits → Purchase History and the destination feature after review. For credits, verify the balance. For a license, confirm it is active and available when you open a VPS connection link. For a market package, check Your subscriptions.

Warning

Crypto transfers can be irreversible. Do not use an address from an old screenshot or message, and do not send on a different network. Never share a wallet seed phrase or private key. If any payment detail is unclear, resolve it before transferring.

The dialog’s Cancel button closes the dialog. It cannot reverse a transfer you have already sent.

Read purchase history

Open Credits and scroll to Purchase History. It includes organization purchases for credit packages, server licenses, and market packages, with their date, amount, and status.

Status shown	What to do
Pending	Payment or processing is not complete. Check whether you submitted the hash; allow review before retrying.
Completed	Payment or fulfillment has been recorded. Confirm the expected balance, active license, or subscription in its own section.
Failed	Ask your Koneth contact to review the purchase before paying again.
Refunded	The purchase is recorded as refunded. Confirm any refund details with your Koneth contact.

A completed license purchase creates an active unused license. It does not provision a VPS. Deploy and validate Koneth Server on your VPS, then use its connection link to attach the server.

If you paid but cannot continue

Do not send a second payment just because the balance or license has not appeared yet. Record the item, amount, network, asset, transaction hash, approximate payment time, and any displayed error.

The current purchase-history list does not have an action to reopen a credit or license payment dialog. If you closed it after transferring but before submitting the hash, contact your Koneth administrator to reconcile the existing purchase. Do not start a replacement purchase to work around it.

For a market package, Your subscriptions may offer Pay while payment is outstanding. If the row says Under review, wait for the review outcome before attempting another payment.
