This EULA is between you and KONETH TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 17527444.

If you use Koneth Trader for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept this EULA for that organization.

Subject to this EULA, Koneth grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Koneth Trader for your internal or personal purposes.

The licence lasts while you comply with this EULA and applicable law. It does not transfer ownership of the application or any Koneth intellectual property.

Except where applicable law expressly permits it or Koneth gives written permission, you must not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the application
• Modify or create derivative works from proprietary parts of the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove ownership notices or circumvent technical protections
• Use the application to build a competing product from its proprietary code
• Share access in a way that misrepresents who is using the account

Open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

Koneth Trader can connect to a trading account operated by an independent broker, prop firm, or other organization.

Your relationship with that organization is separate and may be governed by its own account agreement, trading rules, privacy notice, fee terms, and restrictions.

Koneth does not control the organization’s eligibility decisions, execution, pricing, payments, withdrawals, or customer support unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You are responsible for credentials used to access Koneth Trader, including trading login details and any API keys.

You must use reasonable care to protect your device, keep credentials confidential, and notify the relevant account operator and Koneth support if you believe access has been compromised.

Saved account convenience features do not change your responsibility to secure your device.

The application can display market data and send trading instructions to a connected server. It does not guarantee that a server will accept an instruction or that an order will be filled.

Execution depends on the connected organization, market conditions, server availability, connectivity, risk controls, and other factors outside Koneth’s control.

You must review order details and account status before submitting an instruction.

Koneth Trader may support automated strategies, indicators, plugins, alerts, links, and content supplied by third parties.

Automation can act without manual confirmation and may behave differently when markets, data, connectivity, or account conditions change.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, configuring, monitoring, and using those tools appropriately. Third-party content is subject to its publisher’s terms.

Koneth may provide updates to improve security, compatibility, or functionality.

Some updates may be required to continue using the application. Koneth may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

Where a change materially affects your rights, Koneth will provide notice where required by law.

Koneth processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The relevant account operator may independently process your trading and account information.

Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a connection QR code; frames are processed on the device by the platform scanner.

Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of some or all of the funds or benefits associated with an account.

Market information, examples, indicators, automated strategies, and alerts are not personalized investment advice or a recommendation to trade.

You should read the Risk Disclosure and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Koneth may suspend or terminate access to affected parts of Koneth Trader where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security harm, legal violations, or material breaches of this EULA.

Where appropriate, Koneth will explain the reason and any available review process. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature continue.

Nothing in this EULA excludes mandatory rights available to consumers or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to those rights, the application is provided on an “as available” basis. Koneth does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free market data, profitability, or that an order will be accepted or executed as expected.

To the extent permitted by law, Koneth is not responsible for losses caused by the independent account operator, third-party content, your configuration or instructions, or events outside its reasonable control.

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
