Clear data on your device
Open Android Settings → Apps → Koneth Trader → Storage and select Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
This removes local preferences, saved account metadata, local alerts, and other terminal data stored by the app on that device. It does not delete records held by a trading server or organization.
Request deletion from Koneth
Email hello@koneth.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Include the account number and server name if your request concerns a demo account. Do not include the password.
Use the same contact channel or verified account details needed for Koneth to protect the account from an unauthorized deletion request.
What may be deleted
Where Koneth is responsible, a verified request may cover account profile details, demo account records, device-notification registration, support correspondence, and related personal information that is no longer required.
Local terminal storage can also be removed using the device controls described above.
What may be retained
Koneth may retain limited records where required by law, to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or establish or defend legal claims.
Records associated with a third-party trading organization may be retained or deleted according to that organization’s instructions and obligations. Koneth will explain any material limitation after reviewing the request.
Accounts operated by another organization
If your account is provided by a broker, prop firm, or another independent organization, that organization generally controls its customer and trading records.
Contact that organization to request deletion of its account or records. Koneth may assist where it processes information on the organization’s instructions.
Verification and timing
Koneth may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you. Do not respond with a password or secret credential.
Koneth aims to acknowledge a valid request promptly and complete it within the period required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for longer under a legal obligation.
Other privacy rights
You may also request access, correction, restriction, or portability where those rights apply.
