Introducing Koneth Automations

Business operations that run themselves.

Koneth Automations gives brokers and prop firms configurable tools for applying account rules and handling repeatable operational workflows.

Trading businesses process a continuous stream of account events. Equity changes. A profit target is reached. A drawdown limit is crossed. An account becomes inactive. A trading rule needs to be evaluated consistently across hundreds or thousands of accounts.

Koneth Automations is designed to turn those repeatable operational decisions into configurable workflows connected directly to the trading environment.

From account event to operational action

Each automation begins with the state of an account or the occurrence of a meaningful event. The workflow evaluates configured conditions and applies the action selected by the business.

Account state changes
  → Automation evaluates the rule
  → Required conditions are confirmed
  → Configured action runs
→ Outcome is recorded for review

This model makes the rule explicit. Teams can understand what triggered an automation, what condition was evaluated, and what happened next.

Ready-made rules for common operations

The first automation library focuses on work that brokers and prop firms repeatedly perform around account risk, evaluation status, and trading policy.

  • Maximum Drawdown Guard disables an account when its configured percentage or amount is reached.
  • Daily Drawdown Guard evaluates loss within the defined daily period.
  • Profit Target detects when required profit has been achieved.
  • Inactive Account Manager handles accounts after a period without trading activity.
  • Account Expiry disables accounts after a configured number of days.
  • Minimum Trading Days tracks whether an evaluation has met its activity requirement.
  • Consistency Rule identifies when too much profit comes from one day or trade.
  • Position and Open Position Limits respond when exposure exceeds business rules.
  • News and Weekend Trading Rules evaluate activity around restricted periods.
  • Evaluation Pass & Fail combines several conditions into a final account status.

Configuration belongs to the business

Different firms operate different programs. A fixed rule with hardcoded thresholds would force those businesses into the same operating model.

Koneth Automations instead provides reusable rule types with organization-specific configuration. The business determines the threshold, the scope of eligible accounts, and the outcome that should follow.

An action may flag an account for review, notify an internal system, close positions where supported, disable further trading, update evaluation status, or send an event to another connected service. The exact workflow can be shaped around the organization’s process.

Connected to the Koneth Server

Automations attach to the Koneth environment where account state and trading events are available. This removes the need to repeatedly export data into a disconnected tool before a rule can be evaluated.

The wider platform remains open. Webhooks and the Business API can connect automation outcomes to CRMs, client portals, reporting systems, and internal applications. Koneth handles the trading-aware workflow while the business keeps the rest of its operating stack.

Visibility is part of automation

An invisible workflow is difficult to trust. Operational teams need to see when a rule ran, which account it affected, what values were evaluated, and whether the intended action completed.

Koneth Automations is being built with reviewable activity in mind. The purpose is not only to reduce repetitive work. It is to make that work more consistent and easier to understand at scale.

Automate the repeatable decision while keeping the outcome visible to the people responsible for the operation.

That is the foundation of Koneth Automations.
