Publisher responsibility
The publisher is responsible for the content it submits, its operation, its support, and any statements it makes.
The publisher must have all rights and permissions needed to distribute the content.
Accurate information
Descriptions, permissions, limitations, inputs, compatibility, risks, pricing, and material fees must be accurate and not misleading.
Do not claim guaranteed returns, verified profitability, regulatory approval, or Koneth endorsement unless the claim is independently substantiated and permitted.
Security and privacy
Content must not conceal data collection, credential access, remote execution, or other harmful behavior.
Content must request only the permissions and data needed for its disclosed function and must protect any data it processes.
Trading and automation safety
Strategies that can affect trading must include appropriate disclosures, input validation, safeguards, and error handling.
Historical results and simulations must describe material assumptions and risks.
Publishers remain responsible for their configurations and any execution behavior they authorize.
Content and intellectual property
Publishers retain their rights but grant Koneth a non-exclusive licence to host, review, display, market, and distribute the content for the relevant channel.
Publishers must not distribute another person’s code, trademarks, data, or copyrighted material without authority.
Open-source components must be identified and licensed accurately.
Pricing and payments
Any pricing, billing, revenue share, taxes, refunds, and payout terms must be stated in the applicable publisher or product agreement.
A listing without agreed payment terms does not create a right to charge users through Koneth.
Reviews and removal
Koneth may review content for functionality, security, legal compliance, quality, and channel fit.
Koneth may reject, restrict, suspend, or remove content where it creates a material security, legal, privacy, trading, or reputational risk, or violates these terms.
User responsibilities
Users must review a listing’s function, permissions, risks, and compatibility before installing or using it.
A third-party tool is not personalized advice. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
Warranties and liability
Third-party content is provided by its publisher. Koneth does not guarantee that it will be profitable, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular market or account.
Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. The liability provisions in the Terms of Service apply to Koneth’s marketplace services.
Termination and contact
A publisher may stop distributing content subject to its applicable agreement and obligations to existing users.
Koneth may suspend distribution as described above. Marketplace legal questions may be sent to hello@koneth.com.
