Lawful use
You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, market-conduct rules, and the terms of the account operator you access.
You must not use Koneth to facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, market abuse, evasion, or another unlawful activity.
Unauthorized access
You must not access, attempt to access, or use an account, server, token, dataset, or system without authorization.
You must not bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, entitlement checks, or other access controls.
System integrity
You must not introduce malicious code, conduct destructive attacks, overload infrastructure, or interfere with another person’s access.
Security research must avoid harm to users and data and must comply with any published vulnerability-disclosure process. Do not test systems without authorization.
Data and privacy
You must use personal, account, market, and trading data only for authorized purposes.
You must not scrape, harvest, sell, expose, or combine information in a way that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or contractual obligations.
Trading conduct
You are responsible for orders, strategies, automations, and messages you create or configure.
You must not attempt to manipulate prices, exploit faulty market data, make false transactions, or use the service to harm a broker, prop firm, counterparty, or user.
Developer content
Strategies, indicators, plugins, and integrations must not conceal harmful behavior, exfiltrate credentials, bypass entitlements, or misrepresent their function.
Publishers must disclose material permissions, limitations, risks, and fees to users where appropriate.
Communications and identity
Do not impersonate Koneth, a broker, an organization, or another person, or misrepresent an affiliation.
Do not use Koneth communications to deceive, harass, distribute spam, or distribute content that infringes another person’s rights.
Proportional action
Koneth may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend, or remove affected access, content, or integrations where reasonably necessary.
Where appropriate and practical, Koneth may notify the responsible user or organization and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Serious security, fraud, legal, or safety risks may require immediate action.
Reporting and contact
Report suspected abuse or security issues to hello@koneth.com. Include enough information to identify the affected service, but do not send live credentials.
Nothing in this policy limits good-faith reporting to a regulator or law-enforcement authority.
